Commentary: Fixed Cost Benefits takes a different approach to this space. I believe that ICHRA and QSEHRA are not always replacements for group health. They’re often a lead-up or short-term sanctuary. For those who despise the ACA Marketplace for its Government subsidies, I don’t disagree. However, what the marketplace is missing is healthy paying customers. What better remedy for that than the slew of small businesses that have for years said they couldn’t afford it.
